I’m Jonno, a dedicated drum tutor and professional musician with over a decade of experience performing, recording, and writing across the UK and Europe. Since 2013, I’ve toured, written, and recorded with several original rock bands—including Voodoo Vegas, Black Tree Vultures, and Pyrofox—and I currently perform full-time with Nothing But A Good Time – The Rock Anthems Show. My teaching style is practical, supportive and built on real-world experience from hundreds of live shows and recording sessions. I specialise in feel-based learning, helping students develop confidence, groove, timing, and musical instinct without overwhelming them with unnecessary theory. I work with beginners of all ages, especially those sitting behind a drum kit for the very first time. Whether you’re learning for fun, building foundational skills, or looking to play your first gig, my lessons are structured, engaging, and tailored to each student’s pace and goals. Above all, I’m passionate about helping people discover the joy of drumming—the energy, the freedom, and the confidence it brings.
