About

About

I am a conservatoire trained, classical guitar specialist and teach it to the professional level, all other listed instruments to Grade 8 or equivalent standard, in a wide variety of styles.

I am experienced in teaching all ages and I’m familiar with the common exam boards and their procedures. I maintain a 100% pass rate for students entered into exams, however, I do not force students to enter, having fun is the most important part of the music!

I offer a free introductory session upon request and I encourage you to contact me with any questions.

Being an active performer, I really value the importance of collaborations with other musicians and instruments. I believe playing with others is often overlooked in guitar teaching, despite it being a vital part of musical education and I try to incorporate this skill into my teaching.

DBS certified.
