At Koshumas, we believe that music is best learned through individual attention. That is why our teaching model focuses primarily on one-on-one lessons and very small groups. Each student receives a dedicated 45-minute lesson, carefully scheduled to ensure focus, progress, and consistency. This approach allows our teachers to tailor lessons to each learner’s goals, whether that is playing for enjoyment, performing confidently, passing music exams, or pursuing a career in music.

At Koshumas Music School, we value your time and the commitment of our teachers. To ensure smooth scheduling for everyone, we have the following guidelines:
- Advance Notice:Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Lessons rescheduled with proper notice will not incur any additional fees, subject to teacher availability.
- Late Cancellations:Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson may not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds, as the time slot is reserved exclusively for the student.
- No-Shows:Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the lesson will be charged in full.
- Teacher Cancellations:In the rare event that a teacher must cancel a lesson, the school will offer a rescheduled session or credit toward a future lesson.
- Emergencies:Genuine emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, the school may allow a one-time reschedule even with short notice.
- Punctuality:Students are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled lesson duration, to ensure fairness to other students.
