Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Harshita School of Music / Strumming Tune Music Academy, all courses and sessions are planned with dedicated faculty time, structured curriculum planning, and reserved slots. Therefore, the following policy strictly applies:
1. Non-Refundable Fees

All fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances once enrollment is confirmed.

This includes (but is not limited to):

Monthly, quarterly, certification, or long-term course fees

Registration fees

Advance payments

Trial-to-full-course converted fees

2. No Refund for Student-Initiated Cancellation

No refund will be issued if a student chooses to discontinue classes due to:

Personal reasons

Schedule conflicts

Lack of practice time

Change of interest

Relocation

Health issues
-
Dissatisfaction without valid academic grounds

3. Sole Exception – Teacher Refusal
A refund will be considered only in the rare case where:

The teacher officially refuses to continue teaching the student, and

The academy is unable to provide a suitable replacement teacher.
In such a case:

Refund (if approved) will be calculated only for the unused classes.

Any classes already conducted will be fully deducted.

Administrative or registration fees remain non-refundable.
4. Missed Classes

Missed classes by the student are not eligible for refund.

Make-up classes are subject to academy policy and availability and are not guaranteed.
