About

About

Hello, My Name is Lukas Hall.

I am an electric/ upright and synth bass player currently based in Manchester and now offering online lessons. I have experience in many different genres. I play anything from rock to funk and would love to help you on your journey of becoming a bass player. I teach online from my home studio and cover a wide variety of lesson topics whilst following the RSL grade Syllabus. Please feel free to reach out for more information.

Whilst being an Electric Bassist, I have grown up with both RSL and ABRSM syllabus’s and can teach both Classical and Popular Music Theory. So whatever you want to learn, from drum notation and chart writing to harmony and getting that all important Grade 5 Theory to take you to the next level of ABRSM awards, I am able to help.

I have many years experience playing in different genres and ensembles from Orchestras to Soul bands and Chamber ensembles to Musical Theatre Pit Bands playing at venues throughout the UK from Band on the Wall, Manchester to Folklore in London and Birmingham Symphony Hall.
