Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy

If you sign up as pay as you go, we will only need a 36 hours cancellation notice to terminate lessons continuity.

If we both agree to sign up for a term then the following cancellation notice applies:

• Six lesson’s notice in writing is required for termination of tuition.

• It is the responsibility of the student to check the timetable regularly and attend

promptly, bringing with them all they need for their lesson.

• No refund is given for lessons missed through sickness, lateness, forgetfulness, being

in the Inclusion Room during the school day or exclusion. When a school trip, exam,

medical appointment or family holiday clashes with a lesson time, the Instrumental Tutor

must be given one week’s notice to enable the lesson to be rescheduled.

• Lessons are not to be made up if this procedure is not followed.
