About Adrian Gravelle
Hello! Adrian here, I am a music teacher who was clearly destined for a life in music. When I was 11 years old, long before I even owned a guitar, I would practice songs from my favourite band, “Rush”, using a tennis racket. In my mind, I was already a full-fledged band member. The crowd was imaginary, but the passion was very real, and it turns out that was just the beginning.
Today, I teach students of all ages and experience levels, from total beginners to players looking to sharpen their skills. My lessons are relaxed, encouraging, and built around you. Whether you want to play your favourite songs, improve technique, understand music theory, or simply enjoy making music, I tailor each lesson to match your goals and learning style.
I focus on strong fundamentals like rhythm, technique, music theory, and developing a solid musical ear, without sucking the fun out of the process. I believe learning music should feel exciting, not intimidating, and that progress happens best when students feel comfortable, motivated, and maybe even laugh once or twice along the way.
Music isn’t just something I do, it’s been at the centre of my life for as long as I can remember (tennis racket included). My goal is to help you build confidence, real skills, and a genuine love for music that lasts.
Ready to get started? Book a lesson and let’s turn your musical goals into something you can actually play, no tennis racket required!
