Hi, I’m a musician/ music teacher based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. I have been providing music lessons now for over a year, however did not make it my full time job until the beginning of 2023. I also work as a performing musician working in pits in theatre productions, mainly in Yorkshire, but have also travelled to the south and even to Guernsey to play in theatre productions! I teach flute, clarinet, saxophone and piano and aim to make my lessons enjoyable and informative. I teach a range of ages currently, from 7 years old to around 60 years old and so have learnt to adapt lesson strategies for the wide range of ages I teach. I have a BMus degree in Music from the University of Huddersfield, graduating in 2021, working on a range of modules, mainly focusing on composition however also on education, giving me vital skills to teach others in a music lesson setting with a variety of techniques.
