I am a freelance violinist. Born in Seoul, South Korea, I came to England further my violin studies. I studied the violin at Trinity College of Music, London subsequently leading to an MA and MPhil in violin performance at Birmingham Conservatoire. Since graduating I have played on a freelance basis with many professional orchestras and chamber music ensembles throughout the UK and I also have performed solo and chamber music recitals throughout the UK including the major concert venues in London and Birmingham. As an experienced, enthusiastic and committed teacher, I devote a significant amount of my time to violin teaching. I aim to show my students how fun music making can be. I am experienced in teaching both complete beginners to advanced (music graduates and semi-professionals) and pre-school children to adults. Music Qualifications & Achievements: Dip.
