Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation Policy
Lesson Frequency
- Lessons are offered weekly or bi-weekly.
- Students must complete a minimum of two lessons per month.
- If more than a month passes without completing the minimum, the student must purchase a new package to continue (This requirement applies only when purchasing a discounted lesson package).
Student Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- If cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, no refund is given, but the lesson may be rescheduled at the student’s convenience, depending on availability.
No-Shows
- No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Teacher Cancellations
- If I cancel, the payment is not refunded, but the lesson will be rescheduled at the student’s convenience.
Late Arrivals
- Lessons end at the scheduled time; extra minutes cannot be added.
