Drum lessons are tailored to the students musics preferences and technical needs. I am a firm believer that with good technical foundations and understanding – learning almost any song is achievable.

I studied music performance and business to a degree level at the Academy of Contemporary Music under a wide range of tutors, such as Paul Elliott, Stu Roberts, Pete Riley and Graham Fox and afterwards had the privilege of studying with legendary UK tutor Bob Armstrong and since have sought to organise occasional lessons with some huge names in the drum world, Steve White, Stanton Moore, Richard Spaven, JP Bouvet to name a few.

I have also been lucky enough to sit in on masterclasses with many of the worlds top drum names, Steve Gadd, Dave Weckl, Larnell Lewis, Tony Royster Jr, Jojo Mayer, Ash Soan, Horacio Hernández, Aaron Spears, Andy Gangadeen and many more.

The insight these amazing tutors and players have passed on to me to help me learn and hone my craft, alongside my own ups and downs, successes and failures in the drum world/music industry is what I hope to bring to each of my students on a week by week or fortnightly basis.

Please note my fees listed are for peak times (3:15pm onwards), I do also offer discounted prices for off-peak lessons (before 3:15pm on weekdays) and I do not teach on weekends.
