Beyond one-to-one teaching, I am the creator of SongTutorial, an online educational platform for guitarists. The SongTutorial YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@songtutorial) has grown into a significant community with over 20,000 subscribers and more than 3 million views. This experience in creating high-quality educational content allows me to understand exactly where students struggle and how to break down complex parts into manageable steps.
Qualifications & RSL Curriculum
I hold the RSL Level 3 Certificate in Graded Examination in Music Performance – Grade 8. This certification ensures that our lessons follow a structured pedagogical path. Whether you are interested in official Rockschool (RSL) certification or playing for personal enjoyment, I apply professional standards to ensure your progress is consistent and well-documented.

- Interactive Tab and Score: You can see and hear the music simultaneously, making the learning process much faster.
- Flexible Practice Tools: The platform allows you to loop specific sections or slow down the tempo of the tab and score to practice at your own pace.
- Professional Backing Tracks: High-quality audio support is provided for every exercise and song, helping you develop better timing and musicality.
High-End Online Setup
Online lessons are delivered with a focus on clarity and detail:
- Multicam Setup: Multiple high-definition camera angles provide a clear view of both the fretboard and the picking hand.
- Direct Audio: You hear a clean, high-quality direct audio signal, ensuring that every note and technique is heard accurately, without the interference of ambient noise.
Teaching Philosophy
I provide a professional and honest environment where the focus is on steady, quality progress. My role is to give you the structure and the professional tools (tab and score, audio, video) you need to reach your goals, whether you are preparing for a grade exam or mastering a challenging repertoire.
Lesson prices

24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late Cancellations: Lessons cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. This allows me to manage my schedule and offer the slot to other students.

Punctuality: Lessons will start and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the original scheduled time to avoid delaying subsequent students.

Technical Issues: In the rare event of a technical failure on my end (e.g., internet outage), the lesson will be rescheduled at your earliest convenience or fully refunded. If the issue is on the student’s side, the 24-hour cancellation rule still applies, though I will always try to be as flexible as my schedule allows.
