Are you looking to start playing saxophone or further your ability in a friendly and fun environment? Hey! My name is Mika and I absolutely love saxophone, and enjoy sharing my passion of music with students of any level!I can offer regular lessons, in an enjoyable environment focusing on technique, reading, theory, improvisation and more. Anything you are looking to learn I will be able to guide you!I have been playing since I was 9 years old, brought up playing classical music and learned jazz at the Queensland Conservatorium, where I got my Bachelor of Music. If you think that’s diverse, I’ve toured Australia performing ska, folk, prog, rock, soul and jazz.I love to teach music, and have done so for 9 years, teaching from as young as 6 to 74 years old.
