Hi, I’m Mike – a professional drummer with nearly 20 years of international touring and teaching experience. I’ve had the privilege of performing around the world and teaching hundreds of students of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to advanced players.

I specialise in structured drum lessons that follow a clear, goal-oriented path, often using the popular drum grade syllabus. My aim is to help students stay focused, motivated, and progressing steadily, cutting through the overwhelm of endless online content.

I run the YouTube channel Hello Drum Grades, where I share tips and insights around the drum grade system – but all private students get exclusive, personalised support.
