Humans have been making music across culture and across time. And singing is no exception. I deeply believe that everyone deserves to have a positive relationship with their voice, whether they sing professionally or just for fun.
I offer vocal coaching with a student-centred approach. Drawing on my extensive performance training and 10 years of professional performance experience, I’ll work with you to clarify your goals, whether you’re looking to reconnect with your voice, prepare for your next audition or build your confidence. Together we’ll explore your voice’s unique potential, using technique to develop your artistry and build vocal resilience, and finding repertoire that resonates and inspires you.
My teaching practice doesn’t centre grades and examinations. Instead, my aim is to help you foster a deep and lifelong relationship with your voice and discover how you want to express yourself through song. However, graded exams can be discussed if that is a key goal for you.
I teach from my home studio in Hertfordshire, which has parking on site and direct bus links from Watford Junction (Lioness Line, National Rail), Croxley (Metropolitan Line), Rickmansworth (Metropolitan Line) and Denham (National Rail) train stations.
Lesson prices
Lesson Terms and Conditions
- Lessons must be paid for in advance; payments made in person on the day of the lesson must be made at the start of the lesson.
Rescheduling
- Lessons may be rescheduled with at least two days notice.
- Lessons may be rescheduled up to three times with no charge.
- If the teacher needs to reschedule a lesson, as much notice will be given as possible.
Cancelations
- Lessons not attended or cancelled by the student with 24 hours notice or less cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
- Lessons cancelled by the student with between 25 hours and 48 hours notice cannot be refunded but may be rescheduled.
- Lessons cancelled by the student with more that 48 hours notice may be rescheduled or refunded.
Refunds
- Refunds must be requested in writing.
- Once requested in writing, refunds will be issued within seven working days.
