About Kenny Hackbarth
My name is Kenny Hackbarth, and I am so excited that you are interested in being one of my guitar students. I started playing guitar when I was 7 years old and fell in love with the instrument. Throughout Middle School and High School, I played for the Jazz Band, Percussion Ensemble, and in various bands.
I eventually went to college with a scholarship for music performance, graduating with a Biblical Studies Degree. I would later serve as a full-time Worship Pastor for 6+ years while offering guitar lessons on the side.
One of the highlights of my musical journey was going to Berklee Institute of Music in Boston, MA when I was in High School for their Summer Guitar Program. I was able to learn under the instruction of John Mayer’s former guitar instructor. This was especially meaningful to me as John Mayer was and still is my favorite musician. I’ll never forget that moment!
Lesson prices
Please notify Kenny if you will not be able to make it for your lesson 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged for that week’s lesson. This allows Kenny enough time to open that timeslot to someone else. If you do not notify Kenny that you will be unavailable for your lesson 48 hours in advance you will still be charged for your lesson.
