Josh Burke

Josh is a guitar teacher based in the Cambridgeshire area, teaching a broad range of musical styles to all ages of students (10+). His approach to teaching guitar provides you with not only the knowledge of how a guitar works and how to structure the sounds it produces, but also in a way that makes you thoroughly enjoy playing, learning to play songs from your favourite bands and artists as much as possible.

He plays a range of instruments, giving him a deep understanding of music and composition – “Learning piano has given me a greater comprehension of music and theory, while learning drums has given me the core ground work for understanding complex rhythms.” His personal musical tastes are mostly rock based, with some of his favourite bands being the likes of Muse, Foo Fighters, and Coldplay.

No matter what your musical interests are, Josh can find the right way to approach your learning to ensure that you enjoy playing guitar and never lose interest!

Music Qualifications & Achievements:

• Self Taught Guitarist, Bassist, Pianist & Drummer.
• Experienced performing for audiences of 500+.
• Coordinated an ensemble band to 2nd place in a national level competition.
