Gregg Eckersen

“I started taking lessons from Gregg about two years ago. I’ve learned more and play better than I ever though was possible in this time. Gregg is a very patient teacher and uses a variety of materials in his lessons. I was, at first, intimidated by all I didn’t know, but the Drumsense program presents drumming in very logical, step-by-step manner. I’m glad I met Gregg first when I decided to give drumming a try.”

“My son started taking lessons with Mr Eckerson over the summer of 2012 in preparation for the 6th-grade band. His experience with his band teacher was, for lack of better words, horrible. Mr Eckerson made sure that Jake's confidence wasn't shattered and that his desire to learn was still intact. Jake is still getting lessons and is loving learning his craft. Without Mr Eckerson Jake most definitely would have given up on even wanting to learn. I see his confidence getting stronger every day and I don't even mind the noise coming from his bedroom!”
