About E & M Music Academy
We offer one-to-one tuition in Stretford, South Manchester led by a team of highly qualified, experienced and skilled musicians. Our aim is to make music accessible, enjoyable, rewarding and to encourage students of any age or ability to engage in the act of understanding and creating music. We take pride in inspiring our students to progress to the best of their abilities throughout their musical development. Our one-to-one lessons offer students a chance to delve into the basics of learning an instrument and provide more experienced players the opportunity to sharpen their skills. We also help students prepare for ABRSM, Trinity, Rockschool, LAMDA & GCSE graded/performance examinations. Whether your goal is to achieve qualifications, perform on stage, pursue a career in music, or simply enjoy learning a new skill, E&M Music Academy is here to support and inspire you every step of the way.
Lesson prices
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Where a student/guardian provides less than 24 hours notice of their absence from their timetabled lesson(s), they will still be charged the lesson fee(s).
Where a student/guardian provides more than 24 hours notice of their absence from one timetabled lesson, the lesson fee will be deducted from the following month’s invoice.
Where a student/guardian cancels more than one lesson per month (with more than 24 hours notice), they will still be charged the full lesson fee regardless of attendance.
Invoices cannot be amended once they have been sent out. Refunds for cancellations made by the student/guardian after having received their monthly invoice, will be carried over and reflected on the following month’s invoice.
Notice Period:
Where a student/guardian chooses to withdraw from lessons, tuition will continue until the end of the month already paid for, after which no further payments will be due.
Please note that all cancellations should be inputted via your student portal by login into your My Music Staff account via either of following links:

Upon inputting you cancellation on your portal calendar, you will be given the option to insert a note stating a reason for your cancellation which will be passed on to the teacher immediately. If you have not yet set up your My Music Staff account and/or cannot access your student portal for any given reason, please let us know as we will send over a new email invitation for you to do so.
