I have been teaching piano for over 20 years. In addition, I’ve been playing piano/organ voluntarily for my church for 35 years.
I love the reward that comes from teaching. I have the best job because I get to see amazing growth in my students as they begin to develop their own love for music.
Music Qualifications & Achievements:
I took piano lessons for 12 years. I also took organ lessons for two years. As a result, I’m able to differentiate the technique between organ and piano.
I feel that scales and chords are essential building blocks to learning to play the piano. I focus on finding a way to engage every student where they’re at so that they can feel successful and enjoy music.
Lesson prices
I require payment at the beginning of each month. If your child is sick, I will credit the lesson to the next month. For all other cancellations I will do my best to find a makeup time, but if one cannot be agreed on, payment for that lesson is forfeited. If I have to cancel a lesson, I will credit the amount to the next month.
