About Candace Lark

Hi, I’m Candace. Allow me to share a little about myself. I perform regularly with various ensembles and collaborate on special projects.

I tend to shy away from mainstream harp repertoire, which has led me to be the Harpist for Thee Illharmonic Hip-Hop Orchestra and The Divine Hand Ensemble, the world’s only theremin-fronted band in the world.

I’m co-founder of Harp Quest, a supplemental harp program for young harpists. As a certified harp mastery coach, I help harpists worldwide meet specific harp goals. I also coach various musicians as the Happy Musician Coach, helping professional musicians create a fulfilling and prosperous music career.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked closely with West Chester Harp Ensemble, Harrisburg Harp Orchestra, and many local music institutions to cultivate fun and exciting music experiences for my students. As a member of the American Harp Society and a board member of the Philadelphia Harp Society, I’m on top of the latest changes and opportunities for young harpists.

While I expect students to do their best, having fun is just as important to me as it is to them. Whether you’re on the road to Carnegie Hall or want to play for your enjoyment, I’ll ensure you have a wonderful experience.
