Hello! I’m Babak Mahbaei, and I am passionate about helping students of all ages—from 5 to adult—discover the joy of music (p. 1). My teaching philosophy focuses on tailoring lessons to each individual’s goals, whether you are a beginner looking to play for fun or an advanced student preparing for ABRSM exams and competitions (p. 1).
With a deep background in both classical and contemporary repertoire, I bring over 15 years of experience and 50+ live performances to our lessons (p. 1). Having taught a diverse range of international students in Portland, USA, I pride myself on creating a supportive environment where students can flourish both technically and creatively (p. 1).
