Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy

Lessons are booked – and paid for – in advance each half term (typically a block of 6 or 7 lessons.) In the event that a student cannot attend a lesson, I will do my best to offer an alternative time/date. However, this is not always possible. Please note that refunds for pre-booked lessons can only be offered in exceptional circumstances.

In the event that I am unable to deliver a lesson, a refund or credit against the next half term will be offered.
