About Amogh Gummaraju
Amogh is a full-time musician and vocal coach based in Hyderabad, India. He is a versatile vocalist with over two years of teaching experience, working with students across different age groups and musical backgrounds.
He holds a Diploma in Higher Education (Music) from A. R. Rahman’s KM Music Conservatory, where he trained across a wide range of styles including Opera, Musical Theatre, Choral/Ensemble singing, Pop, Rock, Jazz, and Indian Classical music. He regularly performs at live gigs and brings real-world performance experience into his teaching. He has taught students ranging from 8 to 38 years of age, and several of his students have achieved Merits and Distinctions in RockSchool graded examinations. His teaching approach is holistic and practical, focusing on healthy vocal technique, musical understanding, and efficient practice habits, while incorporating established pedagogical methods to help students build confidence and long-term vocal sustainability.
Lesson prices
If the class is cancelled by the teacher, the teacher will schedule a catch-up class without any extra charges.
If the class is cancelled by the student without an intimation of minimum 48 hours, the class will be counted and the student loses that class.
If the class is cancelled by the student 48 hours prior, the student is eligible for a catch-up class without any extra charges.
Note: A minimum of 4 lessons must be booked within a month by the student. Also, any catch-up class scheduled by the student must be within the same month or else it will be lost.
