Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy
  • My make-up policy is for extenuating circumstances like the occasional illness or unexpected family emergencies. I am a year-round business and do not close for summer vacation. I am happy to make the occasional rescheduled make-up if notice is given and we schedule the make-up in advance; however, I expect that you respect my time and scheduling. As such, taking months of vacation time or scheduling other activities during your scheduled lesson time is not a valid excuse for a rescheduled make-up. I do not carry over make-up dates. If you do not make your rescheduled lesson within one week of scheduling a make-up, it is void, and you will not be entitled to a refund of the cost of your missed lessons.
  • In the event that you have to cancel a lesson, 24 hours’ notice is required. We will reschedule your lesson at that time. If you cancel a lesson within 24 hours or fail to attend your scheduled lesson, you will not be entitled to a rescheduled lesson or a refund for the lesson’s cost.
  • If at any time during the month you should decide to cancel your lessons, I will refund your remaining lessons in that month, less a 20% inconvenience fee.
