We use personal information to operate the platform, support enquiries, and improve the service. The full policy below explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights.
Where you grant consent for marketing cookies, we may also use Meta/Facebook Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure advertising performance and conversion activity. This may involve sharing hashed identifiers such as email address or phone number, together with technical information such as IP address, user agent, and browser identifiers, with Meta for attribution and audience measurement.
Course completion certificates
Digital course completion certificates are hosted by RSL Awards, rather than Music Teacher Ltd, and are not password protected. Anyone who has or obtains a certificate link can view the certificate, including your name and course completion details. Others may share the link, so you should not treat the certificate or its link as private or confidential.
If you have privacy concerns, please contact info@musicteacher.com before completing a course, or contact us about an existing certificate. Requests to restrict access or remove a certificate need to be considered with RSL Awards. We cannot promise password protection or the removal of copies already obtained by others.
