I’m a professional musician and guitar teacher in London, specializing in pop/rock, blues, soul, funk, and fusion. I currently offer online lessons. With 10 years of teaching experience at schools like the Conservatoire and Marie De Bry Arts Academy, along with 15 years as a session musician and songwriter, I've recorded in iconic studios like Abbey Road and Park Studios. I’ve worked with students of all ages and skill levels, tailoring each lesson to meet their individual needs while focusing on enthusiasm, communication, and patience. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Music from BIMM London in 2017, studying under top musicians like John Wheatcroft, Jim Clark, and Les Davidson. Prior to that, I spent 10 years studying guitar in Athens, Greece, at the Musical Praxis Conservatory and the National Conservatory of Athens. I perform in various styles, including jazz and original compositions, and my musical influences include Nile Rodgers, Ritchie Blackmore, and Eric Johnson, among others. Watching live performances of these greats inspired me to pursue music, and I hope to inspire my students in the same way.

Hi! My name is Ben. I have been playing for over 20 years and have taught for about 15. I have loads of experience playing live in some of the top venues in the UK including Brixton Academy, Shepherds Bush Empire, Birmingham NEC, Manchester Academy, The Kentish Town Forum, Glasgow SEC, Edinburgh SECC. I also have played at Download Festival and Reading Festival. My style of teaching is laid back, starting with a few songs and then if they want, moving on to grades or harder ideas. I teach from beginner up to Grade 8 and beyond. I studied at the Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM) so I’m comfortable with a wide range of styles. It’s worth noting, if you are interested in Jazz or Classical guitar I probably am not your best bet. I also can help a lot with songwriting, I’m an active songwriter so I really enjoy the creative process as well. if you are interested in group tuition, let me know. I will look at renting a space. I have been a passionate musician for 15 years, specialising in guitar. I have been composing music and performing professionally for 7 years, have experience teaching one to one guitar lessons and have led music workshops in primary and secondary schools. I am currently in Year 2 studying at Trinity Laban Conservatoire. I teach beginners and intermediate students, guiding and challenging them towards their musical goals.
