About

About

Martyn has been performing music and teaching guitar professionally for over 30 years. Originally from West Sussex, he has been based in Glasgow for over 20 years. He regularly performs various styles of music, including singing at weddings, restaurants and private functions, and teaches all levels of ability and all styles of playing, from rock, blues, funk and country to classical, Flamenco and other popular fingerstyles. Many of his students have gone on to pursue a career in music.

Martyn’s Lessons are tailor suited to the individual student’s requirements and unique learning style, and a structured musical understanding is incorporated into each lesson, and songs are often chosen by the student.
