About	Lauren Easton completed her Masters in Operatic Performance from the Wales International Academy of Voice in 2013 and prior to this had studied on the full scholarship from the Sony Foundation at the University of New South Wales, Australia. She holds her A.Mus.A in voice, and 6th Grade Musicianship from the Australian Music Examinations Board. Currently, she divides her time between her work as a mezzo-soprano and her private singing teaching studio in Brighton. As a teacher, Lauren has experience both in her private studio and as a peripatetic at Schools such as the MacDonald College (AUS), the Joan Sutherland Centre for the Performing Arts (AUS), and also mentors vocalists online. Past students have seen success in accessing scholarships and further music education, roles on professional stages (We Will Rock You, Heathers, Universal Studios Singapore, Nickelodeon), and pursued work in corporate performances and recording studios. As a versatile musician and performer, she has sung as a soloist and ensemble member on prestigious stages around the world covering genres from Baroque to contemporary Classical, to Musical Theatre and Gospel. Lauren worked with Glyndebourne Festival Opera from 2011 to 2016 and last year debuted with Grange Park Opera as a Valkyrie in Wagner’s Die Walkure. Lauren is absolutely fantastic!
