Welcome to
Hi, my name is Isa Mccullough and I am a professional piano teacher offering lessons to students of all ages and abilities in the Bromsgrove area.
I have been an active member of the music industry for the last 15 years or so and take pride in offering lessons of the highest quality. I provide flexible lessons that are tailored to suit the specific goals and needs of the individual. I understand that we all want different things from music and I will always ensure we are working through songs and material that you like by artists that you enjoy.
No matter whether you are looking to start Piano for the first time, or if you have been playing for years and just want to improve your skills, the lessons provided can cater for students who like all different styles and genres at any level. I always like to keep my lessons fun, relaxed but informative!

Sometimes learning an instrument can be frustrating, but I think it's something that should be a fun and enjoyable journey. As such I like to try and keep my lessons as relaxed as possible, while still maintaining a high level of information and content.
My main teaching method is by studying artists and songs you love and working our way through them, studying and analyzing the techniques as they come up. I find this way not only are you improving on your technical abilities and skills but you're also able to play those songs you've always dreamed of at the end of it too.
Lessons are pay-as-you-go, weekly, fortnightly or as suits you.
My lessons are suited to students of any ability. From time to time we can all hit a little bit of a wall and feel as though we're not making any progress. My job is to get you passed this and help you progress to that next level.
I have graduated with a Music Degree and have been involved in many various projects such as immersive theatre, all the way through to Contemporary shorts, Classical Concerts, Improvisational Comedy and Educational workshops to name but a few.
So far I have been fortunate enough to travel all over the world with my music most recently working all over europe until mid 2020. A lot of my experience lies in Composition for Theatre specifically but I also recently made my screenwriting debut with Virtual Collaborators.
All of this experience writing, recording and performing music in all these different outlets has allowed me to grow as an all around musician and now I am ready to pass these skills on to you.
I am a very passionate musician who loves all things music. I like to perform and play a wide variety of music in all different styles and love to share my passion with others. I take pride in trying to be as supportive and motivating as I can be to help keep you on the path to success!
I currently hold a Grade 8 with Distinction in Musical Theatre as well as Grade 8 in Singing, Piano, Keyboard, Flute and Music Theory. This wide range of skills allows me to provide flexible lessons that can be shaped and tailored to meet the needs of that individual student.
My lessons are available to all students any age (6+) even if you have never played before. Together we can decide on a list of songs that you have always wanted to play and we can work through them, addressing the weak areas and getting you to play those songs you've always dreamed of.
