Singing & Songwriting Teacher in Edinburgh
Email: [email protected]
My name is Angus Munro and I’ve been a professional touring and session musician for over fifteen years. I specialise in teaching singing in a fun and relatable way where students can progress at any pace they wish to be it comfortable or more technically challenging.
In my travels, I’ve been fortunate enough to sing alongside and open for some notable names including Tom Jones, Scouting For Girls and Scott Bradlee’s Postmodern Jukebox to name a few. I’ve also toured internationally as a vocalist/solo artist and have made multiple appearances on national radio including live sessions on BBC Radio 4, BBC Radio London and BBC Radio Scotland.
I have a four-octave vocal range and I include range lengthening techniques in my repertoire as well as promoting proper vocal healthcare.
However, if you are interested in learning how to sing for the first time or are seasoned professional wanting to tune up – I am more than happy to cater for whatever your needs may be with enthusiasm and a relaxed atmosphere.

Really thorough and in depth explanation of theory and Angus knows how to explain things to beginners and makes every lesson enjoyable.
Great first lesson, knows a lot about singing and knows how to make it easy to understand. Also a very open minded and lively teacher who can map out a students needs and desires in a clear and dynamic way. Would highly recommend Angus.
