I'm able to teach a wide range of genres including Musical Theatre, Pop/Rock & many more!

My lessons are also open to both young learners and adults. The youngest students I have taught were ages 4 and above.

Lessons are pay-as-you-go, weekly, fortnightly or as suits you.

My Experience as a Teacher

My fun, friendly lessons are designed to help you learn to love music while learning the necessary technique and theory alongside – whether as a singer or a woodwind player.

I am a professional performer, who has played and sung for major musicals including Sister Act, Saturday Night Fever, and Copacabana, as well as playing with rock'n'roll and swing bands, cabarets, and concerts across the UK.

I have a 1st Class degree from the Liverpool Institute for Arts and over ten years’ experience in the theatre industry.

More About My Lessons

I mainly teach musical theatre and pop/rock singing, helping you to find your own voice, to develop your technique, and interpret a song. Alongside singing, I also teach clarinet, flute, and sax – working on reading notation, developing style and musicality, tuning, good tone, and enjoying playing the music you enjoy.

I do not usually teach to a graded syllabus but instead focus on learning to play or sing for individual enjoyment and development.

I am highly experienced in working with children and young people and have taught performing arts in schools, colleges, and universities across the UK.

What happens if I have to cancel a lesson?

Please note Singing Lessons Burgess Hill operates 48-hour cancellation policy. Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged full price.
