About

About

“When I was a kid I wanted to be a drummer. Why? Well drumming seemed like a cool thing to do at the time. Later I realised that there was more to it than just being cool. I’m not sure why music makes us feel the way we do, it’s still kind of a mystery. The more I played, the more I didn’t want to stop, and the more I learned, the more I was thirsty for more. All it takes is some curiosity, a bit of hard work and a point in the right direction.”

Sass graduated from the Academy of Contemporary Music in 2004. With a BA Honours Degree in Drums under his belt and has since been establishing himself as a session drummer around London. From recording sessions for films, to performing live, his experience in all aspects of drumming has given him the ability to assist drummers in finding a clear way along their musical development.
