She has been singing since the age of 6 years old and has a BA honours degree in Music Performance helping her to deliver singing lessons that are at the cutting edge of current vocal teaching practices. With a love for music, she wants to help others achieve fantastic results through her specially tailored music lessons.

Having taught over 1,000 students here in Hull of all ages and abilities Lydia has built a variety of different vocal courses to suit each singer.

Using these broad courses she individually tailors each lesson to her pupils, enabling them to learn to sing with speed and confidence. She teaches from a dedicated teaching studio in Hull, accessible from all areas of the city.

In her lessons she uses a variety of vocal warm-up techniques that are played on the piano, and concentrate on diction, breathing and strong control of the vocals. She also teaches the knowledge of microphone techniques and encourages her students to work towards completing singing exams for further qualifications if they are interested.
