Shure SM58 is the universal golden standard for live vocal mics, why would you want anything else? Shouldn’t make a difference re. male/female as far as I am aware.

I actually tried it right at the start, and although it does have a ton of options I didn’t feel like I was using enough of the features to justify the expense. If you want to automate bookings then great, and the automatic reminder emails are really useful. There’s another one called 10to8 which is cheaper, but I’ve just been using iCloud for now:)
