Terms and Conditions and Refund Policies (All Teachers)
Hi everyone,
Okay, here’s another issue I’ve run into. I’m trying to write the terms and conditions of buying lessons from me and some additional terms for gift vouchers. Anybody got any existing examples I could look at?
I’m also trying to decide on a refund policy for gift vouchers and block bookings. From what I can tell there’s no obligation to give one and I’m not inclined, at least not for block bookings, but then I think I’d be pretty upset if I’d paid a lot of money for services that nobody was going to receive. Anyone got anything along these lines?

Actually, to answer half of my own question about terms and conditions, remembered that old Musicians Union thing I pay for every month and went and found this, in case anyone else is interested:
