Guys if your teaching in a school how Do you get the less confident up to speed without ignoring the top singers? I’m totally new to this and my mind is boggled on how to approach?

Eep – really tough question! I’d say focus on technical stuff and try to pair the top students with the lowest students on technique exercises. That way the ones who get it quickly can be put in the teaching role with the less experienced ones: that firms up the top singers’ knowledge while making sure the other ones get the attention they need. Tough question though!

ahhhh.. erm.. so you could split them into groups.. switch up the exercises and keep changing the groups around like matt says top ones with lower ones or the other way round and give them specific exercises – how long are the classes/workshops? x
