studying jazz piano, is a good idea to get an EWI as a second/for fun instrument
I am studying piano jazz and I am having an hard time to put imporv in practice, although it’s clear in my mind. I’ve been a trumpet player when I was a child, and when I took the trumpet out of the garage to try improv I found out I was better at improv with the trumpet (although the small range I can play). Then the idea of getting an EWI both for fun and to be able to focus on improv, considering I practice moslty by night and it’s easy to play. Good or bad idea?
