Lessons are pay-as-you-go, weekly, fortnightly or as suits you.
I teach both beginner and advanced students in a wide range of styles. I have experience in teaching students of all ability levels.
I have been utterly invested in music since my early adolescence, starting out initially as a drummer and then moving into a study of harmony and composition during my years studying at a contemporary music academy developed my love for piano playing.
I am active as a touring and session musician, having toured the world playing with various acts and being recognised for my abilities as a composer in 2017 when an album I composed was charted at #6 and #10 respectively on Billboard’s hard rock and new artist charts.
I have achieved a ACM – Drum Performance – Higher Diploma, Soar Valley Music School – Music Performance – BTEC Distinction & Composed works achieving #6 international hard rock charts – 2017.
I have been invested in teaching music for roughly three years now. My approach is based on an integrated understanding of music theory designed to equip my students with a deep understanding not only of the science of harmony but of the science of learning how to acquire new skills, informed by a wealth of modern discovery and understanding. This allows my students to be able to think musically and develop intuition so that they can be free to define their own personal relationship with music.
I also offer different drum exam prep. The most popular is Rock school however there are a wide range of options we can look at.
My lessons are available to a wide range of ages. However, I would recommend starting to learn from ages 6 and above. Regardless of your age, I will make a lesson plan that best suits your needs and wants as a player.

I take the majority of my lessons from my dedicated teaching space in central Leicester where you can feel comfortable whilst learning and are able to use my kit.
I teach students of all ages to play the drums. I would recommend starting from ages 6 and above though because students who are younger aren't quite ready to tackle music and drumming.
If you want quick results then weekly lessons are great. You can however, take lessons as and when you like. I will work to your schedule.
Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will still be charged full price.
