My name is Corey Morris & I'm a professional Trumpet teacher offering high quality lessons via Zoom. My lessons are built around the styles that you want to learn and we will always learn at a pace that suits you. I like to make sure my lessons are always enjoyable whilst maintaining a high quality of tuition for all.
My lessons are always of a high quality and enjoyable for all of my students. I like to build my lessons around the styles that you enjoy listening to or the songs that are familiar to you. This way I can maintain an enjoyable atmosphere for all of my students while learning the songs that you love.
My lessons are taken from the comfort of your own home via zoom which is free to download. Learning from home has been something that has really become popular in the last few years, it means you don't have to worry about travel time and you can learn at a time that suits you. My lessons via zoom and my face to face lessons have no difference in terms of quality so this is a great way for you to get real high quality trumpet lessons form your own home.

I teach a wide range of styles and genres including Classical, Jazz, pop & much more. The styles that we learn during our lessons together are totally down to you, the learner. I like to make sure we have a clear learning plan mapped out including what you want to learn and what direction you want to learn in and when it comes to styles we will always focus on the ones that you are passionate about.
We will learn the music and styles of music that you love. & will always learn in a direction that you feel comfortable with. My lessons are always at a pace that my students feel comfortable with. Depending on your playing level I will always tailor the lesson to you, Obviously more advanced students can learn a lot quicker than beginners but depending on your playing level and what you want to achieve I will always make sure our learning plan is realistic and fits you as a learner.
Lessons are pay-as-you-go, weekly, fortnightly or as suits you.
We welcome beginner and advanced students in a wide range of styles and genres. I will make a lesson plan that suits your ability level.

at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama aged 15 with scholarship support. This experience accelerated his development and breadth of experience, leading to me winning the Brass Prize in the final year.
I was awarded a full ABRSM scholarship to the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama from where I graduated with a BMus in 2017. Since then I have been in high demand, working as a professional, freelance musician for renowned orchestras and other ensembles.
I performed as a soloist and as part of smaller ensembles in large and small venues across the UK and has developed a strong reputation for my outreach work and personal tuition. Since graduating from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, I have taught Brass at Aberdare School for Three years teaching Trumpet/Cornet from beginner up to Diploma level.

I've taught privately for 3 years, currently tutoring 4 pupils but looking to expand this if possible. Being a freelance trumpet player my schedule is very flexible so I'm able to teach at different times during the day. During Covid 19 I've also been teaching successfully via Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
I like my students to learn in a direction that they enjoy and learn the styles that they listen to in their spare time. I will make sure we learn music that is familiar and enjoyable at all times.

These days, Learning via zoom and other platforms has become the norm. It couldn't be easier, regardless of your ability level or age, all you need to do is download zoom for free as well as making sure your laptop or tablet has a camera and you're good to go. After lessons I will always give you plenty og material to practice and my lessons are always as informative as possible.

My zoom trumpet lessons are charged at £16 per half hour and £32 per hour for all.
I take all of my lessons via zoom.
I teach both adults and children ages 8 and above.
Weekly lessons are the best way to improve your playing. Fortnightly lessons are also available if you prefer.
Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged full price.
