Whether you’re brand new to the drums, need to brush up on your technique, or want to gain more confidence as a performer, I will work with you to help you reach your drumming goals in a relaxed & fun environment. I specialise in teaching Rock / Pop / Punk & Metal so if you like things fast & loud then you’ve come to the right place!

The great thing about music is that you never stop learning – all of my lessons are bespoke to your needs to make sure that you are getting the best out of your time. Before we start, we will discuss your musical interests & goals, whether that’s mastering some classic grooves, learning your favourite song, or preparing for an audition or exam. ​

I offer all of my drum lessons from my private teaching studio in Brighton, just outside of central Brighton, or online tuition via Zoom so that you can learn from wherever you are based.

Music Qualifications & Achievements:

Since discovering the drums at the age of 10 I quickly became obsessed with music. I began my musical journey taking drum lessons at school & forming bands with friends, before eventually studying for my degree in Professional Musicianship. I now have over 15 years of studio recording & international touring experience, as well as a radio play on BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 6Music, Kerrang!, Planet Rock & more.

• BA (HONS) in Professional Musicianship
• 2 years + teaching experience gained privately & in primary & secondary schools
• Enhanced DBS certificate
• Extensive experience as a recording & touring musician
• Public liability insurance, first aid trained, safeguarding completed
