I am an experienced and enthusiastic music teacher who nurtures confidence in my students. By setting music tailored to suit individual goals, I encourage students to find enjoyment in their playing and foster musical continuity and improvement.

For younger students, learning is approached in a fun and engaging way. Alongside technical grounding on the instrument itself, a variety of musical games and activities are included in lessons. I am more than happy to prepare students for ABRSM exams and see these as useful targets for those who are interested in taking them. As a member of the European String Teachers Association, I am committed to continually enhancing my pedagogy through new techniques and skills.

Present teaching positions include SWS Music School in London, schools teaching and of course a wide range of private pupils piano and music theory. It’s never too late to start learning an instrument and finding enjoyment from it – my current students range in age from 5 to 50!
