Hello there! My name is Laura Conneely and I am a professional music teacher based in Johnstone. I specialise in providing vocal tuition but can also offer support with basic keyboard skills and music theory.

I am currently studying Music Education at Aberdeen University. During my studies, I have received tuition in vocal performance from the soprano Judith Howarth and have also studied theory, teaching techniques, and music history.

My goal is to encourage prospective pupils to reach their full potential while fostering a deeper appreciation and passion for music.

Music Qualifications & Achievements:

• I am currently studying music education at Aberdeen University and have achieved good passes and feedback from all classes studied. Areas of study included vocal performance, music theory musicology, composition, conducting and teaching techniques
• In addition to this I am involved with a number of ensembles within the university, most recently singing with Aberdeen Uni Jazz society and having a featured part in the Opera society
• I have an A at advanced higher music as well as grade 5 music theory and piano

I teach my lessons from a teaching space located at Greenhill Crescent, Elderslie, Johnstone, PA5 9AW, UK. My full teaching address will be provided upon your first lesson booking.
