My Lessons

All Ability Levels

I’m an experienced teacher of all different ability levels and teach classical, musical theatre, jazz and pop. I have taught all ages of child and adult students. My pupils have taken ABRSM and Trinity exams from prep test through to grade 8.

I use my experience in singing and performing to make sure your lessons are of the highest quality. I will always make sure our lessons together are also enjoyable as I feel this is a key aspect to improving any skill.

£30 per 1/2 hour
£40 per hour

Lessons are pay-as-you-go, weekly, fortnightly or as suits you.

My Experience as a Teacher

Whether you’re a budding performer looking to hone your vocal skills, a professional needing to prepare for an important audition or an amateur who loves to sing, I can provide singing tuition tailored to your goals and abilities.

Having studied Music at The University of Southampton before going on to train in Musical Theatre Performance at The Royal Academy of Music, I have performed in theatres and performance venues around the country, including cabaret venues, The Edinburgh Festival Fringe and West End Live.

My training and experience have covered a broad range of styles, from Classing Musical Theatre to Pop and Folk. I have developed my teaching technique over years of practice and performing live & I am happy to pass on all of my knowledge to my students.

I have a detailed knowledge of vocal technique and work with students to improve theirs. As a regular performer myself, I know how to take pupils beyond singing and playing notes to deliver an exciting performance.

I always aim to make lessons enjoyable and something to look forward to. Everyone learns best in a relaxed environment and I promote an attitude of trying one’s best when addressing challenges. I am patient and adapt my teaching to each pupil.

I have achieved BA (Hons) Music, ATCL Musical Theatre Diploma, Grade 8 Musical Theatre, PG Dip Musical Theatre, all of which I use to make sure your lessons are of the highest quality.

My online lessons are priced at £30 per half hour and £40 per hour.

Where do the lessons take place?

I am an online & mobile teacher so in both situations, the lessons will take place from the comfort of your own home.

What ages do you teach?

I teach both children and adults in a wide range of styles.

Do I have to attend lessons every week?

You can take lessons as and when you like. I would recommend once a week for the best results though.

What happens if I have to cancel a lesson?

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will still be charged for the lesson.
