About

About

I have been singing for over 20 years now, having been classically trained, but also covering a variety of styles. This has allowed my technical ability to grow to a highly professional level, although I am always looking to improve.

I am extremely patient and open-minded, friendly and passionate about what I do. I am also eager to get results from anyone I work with, and that can relate to technique, or simply just building a pupil’s confidence. I do not believe in negative working environments, and, therefore, try to make the atmosphere as comfortable and natural-feeling as possible for the student.

Having attended an array of auditions, I have gained a vast amount of knowledge in preparing an exceptional audition piece. This makes me an ideal coach for someone with a very specific goal in mind. At the same time, I do not feel that any genre is too much of a challenge, I have always loved to sing different styles, and teaching them is just as rewarding.

Rachael is a fun and professional vocalist to work with. After dueting with her earlier this year I would not hesitate in asking to work with her again. She delivered a great performance even with the job being put together last minute!

I had a very weak, strained voice before starting lessons with Rachael. She really got to the root of my bad habits, and helped me to eliminate them in a fun, stress-free environment. Rachael is a total pro, and always seems to be in a good mood.

Rachael helped me so much with my confidence. I was terrified to sing in front of anyone before I met her, now I can’t shut up! Thanks for all of your help, Rachael!
