About

About

I am a skilled and qualified violinist, musician and music teacher. Teaching music with passion to all ages from kids to seniors and performing in orchestras, bands and choirs has been part of my life since my mid-teenage years.

I worked in the IT industry for over 8 years and quit my well paying job only to follow what I’m most passionate about, Music. I’m well versed and experienced in teaching the Violin, Piano, Keyboard, Guitar, Mandolin, Saxophone (tenor), western music theory and solfege.

I’ve been teaching music in person as well as online globally and I take very keen interest in understanding the psychology of each of my students and teaching them in a way they enjoy learning best. Each of my students has a customized plan made for themselves to suit their learning interest. I’m very professional at what I do personally and alongside teaching, I also focus on my student’s personality and professionalism to deliver performance with a touch of class.

What a privilege it is to learn from someone with the resilience to adapt to my kind of music. Every lesson’s worked on with care, each arrangement, beat and tempo refined! Thanks Johann for your patience and the encouragement to at least try – to feel the music! Such a great way to learn!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality, Value In my opinion this is the best place to learn music. I consider myself extremely lucky to have had a chance to learn with Sir. He is kind, friendly and extremely patient. He has vast musical knowledge and experience. He walks you through the whole process of learning music- right from picking the instrument to every note in the piece. Each class is detailed and tailored according to the requirements and schedule of the student. If you’re just starting out it may seem intimidating at first, but Sir’s approach is to take it one step at a time and with a little practice you’ll definitely get there. And if you’re a pro, his techniques will help you get to the next level. He definitely makes learning music fun. Would recommend 10/10!!

Johann at Maestro music school is a excellent music tutor with a sound knowledge of sound and technology. As a teacher he is deft at tailoring his tutorial to meet the needs of his students. His repertoire is dynamic and his teaching methods versatile and exuberant. As a satisfied parent of two diversely gifted yet temperamentally distinctly opposite kids I can proudly say that my children have attained expansive knowledge and expertise under his mentorship and enjoy their moments with their instruments. Thanks Johann for the efforts put in. God bless.
