Hi! My name is Toby and I’m a 20-year-old Music Student in my final year studying trumpet at the University of Southampton.

I’ve always had a passion for music and have spent many years studying both the Piano and Trumpet. I’m well versed in various genres of music such as Jazz, Classical, Pop and Musical Theatre and have always really enjoyed exploring and performing these genres.

In my years studying for GCSE’s and A-Levels I had 3 piano students who I started from novice all the way up to Grade 3. I am able to teach both trumpet, music theory and piano to a very high standard and have experience sitting and accompanying in ABRSM Exams.

I’d love to take on students no matter what they want to learn and am happy to facilitate any needs or concerns one may have about learning a new instrument, and I believe I have a lot of knowledge and experience to give to any individual interested in learning Music.
