I am a professional composer and orchestrator who works in and around London. I am also a professional pianist and work as an accompanist and performer for shows, concerts, and even parties with my function band. I have a deeply rooted passion for music, I love meeting new musicians at various stage of their journey and am experienced teaching and coaching from 1 to 1 situation to whole choirs, casts and companies for large productions.

My first experience with music was when watching films I realised I was more interested in the sounds and the music. I knew from that moment I wanted to be a composer. I had piano and recorder lessons from a very young age and when I was 8 I started learning the oboe.

In 2013 I was accepted to study at Chethams School of Music in Manchester. At Chethams I had my first introduction to music teaching during a course where we had the opportunity to give lessons to younger students. After two years of studying oboe, piano and composition, all whilst doing my A levels, I was awarded the Harvy Loh award to study composition at the Royal Academy of Music.

It was at the academy where I first started working professionally as a composer and orchestrator, helping produce music for Concerts, ballets, and films. Since graduating I have started conducting also, and been musical director for shows in Croydon.

I love the experience of introducing and teaching the music which I am so passionate about to new musicians.

Music Qualifications & Achievements:

• First Class Honours BMUS in Music, Royal Academy of Music London
• Grade 8 Oboe with Distinction
• Grade 5 Theory
• Composed score for the film “This England” by George Taylor
• Performed as an oboist at Concert Halls Nationwide including the Bridgewater Hall, Manchester and the Queen Elizabeth Hall, London.
• Musical Director of “Into the Woods” 2017 and “The Producers” 2019 for CODA
• A* at Music A-level

I teach my lessons from a teaching space located on Grasmere Road, Purley, CR8 1DY, UK. My full teaching address will be provided upon your first lesson booking.
