About

About

Hi, my name is Nadia. I’m a concert pianist and piano teacher, and I’d love to share a little about myself and my approach to teaching.

I’ve been playing the piano for over 22 years, and music has always been my greatest passion. Sharing this love for music with my students is one of the most rewarding parts of my life.

I hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree with honors in Piano Performance from the National Music Academy of Ukraine. Currently, I’m completing a postgraduate program at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, UK.

I have over 8 years of experience teaching students of all ages and levels – from young children to adults, beginners to advanced players. I also specialize in preparing students for ABRSM and Trinity exams. My lessons are tailored to your individual learning style. Whether you’d like to dive into classical repertoire, polish your technique, or learn to play your favorite song, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

I also have extensive experience teaching online lessons, which I find to be just as effective as in-person sessions, especially with the use of multimedia tools to enhance the learning process.

When learning with me, you can expect a structured and professional approach combined with creative, engaging exercises to keep you motivated and excited.
My approach is supportive and engaging, focused on creating a positive, encouraging environment where every student feels confident and motivated.

Everyone starts as a beginner at some point – so don’t be afraid to take the first step. Let’s begin this journey together today!

It has always been my dream to learn to play the piano, even though my profession is not related to music. I was looking for a responsible teacher with a degree in music—someone who is not self-taught but has formal musical education. Miss Nadia Dotsiak perfectly meets these expectations—her professionalism, passion, and structured approach make every lesson a pleasure and a step toward fulfilling my dream. Highly recommended!
