Hello! My name is Amal and I am a classically trained opera singer and pianist. While I am not performing, I love teaching students of all ages all different styles of music. I have over a decade of teaching experience working in public schools, private studios and enjoy taking the tools I’ve learned as a professional musician and passing them on to you! I specialize in classical, opera, musical theater and jazz styles.

Bio: Hailed by the Boston Musical Intelligencer as “shining through with a strength and power that matched her character’s presence onstage”, Palestinian-American artist Amal El-Shrafi has quickly gained traction as a versatile performer in both concert work and zwischenfach (soprano and mezzo) repertoire in opera.
